Shipping policy
Free shipping WORLD WIDE on orders over $199
Every effort is made to ship orders within 1 day of placement however we cannot guarantee this every time. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the postal services. Take care when entering your postage address, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
We use air freight which is an express next day service, however this requires you provide authority to leave the package at your door without a signature.
Alternatively we use Aus Post road delivery which can take up to seven working days. If you are not home to collect the package a note will be left and you can collect it from your nearest post office.

EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST
Typically arrives in 2-3 business days but is subject to the freight company, we can’t control their processes.
AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD ROAD
All domestic orders will be shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 1 business day handling before shipment commences.
International shipping is charged by weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@postalskateboards.com.au.
